CARDO is working to empower local communities in issues relating to education, poverty reduction and the empowerment of women. we are kindly seeking donations for our causes so we can help more children.
We are a small NGO that has been around since 2014. We provide different forms of support for small communities near Makeni, Sierra Leone. One of our most recent functions is a debate and quiz competition designed to encourage participation in education. The students get a backpack filled with supplies for participation and the winners receive tuition for three years education, about 3 USD per year per student. we have just handed out the tuition awards for this year. It means so much to these students…they are real disadvantaged and their schooling is not guaranteed. We would love to talk to you about working with us in the future.
