what we do
Education and empowerment
focuses on providing sustainable solutions to allow underprivileged children gain a solid foundation to advance in their communities through access to a safe education.
RELIEF and emergency
Our direct work with children addresses a wide range of child protection issues, emergency, combating the harmful practices of child labor; unnecessary institutionalization; violence in schools.
we conduct advocacy on a variety of levels to encourage decision makers to value, protect and advance the worth and rights of children especially in the remote rural communities
We source and place volunteers for work on child development projects aimed at empowering some of the most vulnerable children in the world by giving them the chance to go to school.
We believe this is achieved not only through knowledge, it is also necessary for children to be healthy and to work collectively to create better solutions to some of the challenges they may face in the future
To begin to accomplish this goal, CARDO has established distinctive initiatives
Each of these initiatives have a specific mission but all reflect our core vision; to implement sustainable programs and projects to improve access to education and health, while alleviating global poverty.
